Designed to be similar or the same sequence every class it is perfect for beginners. From head to toe your body will feel invigorated and detoxified while you sharpen your mental focus and renew your spirit. Be prepared to SWEAT!
Hot 26
Temp: 101°-104°

All levels. Static series promotes focus and determination. Designed to heal, strengthen, and balance the body as well as the mind. The heat allows you to work deeper into the muscles increasing flexibility, cardiovascular endurance, and muscular strength.
Hot 60/75/90 (Bikram Method)

Immerse yourself in the therapeutic heat and transformative power of our Hot 26 yoga series. This class, inspired by the traditional Bikram method, is designed to heal, strengthen, and balance both body and mind. Whether you're experiencing the full 90-minute sequence or a condensed 60 or 75-minute version, you'll engage in a static series of 26 postures, carefully sequenced to work every part of your body. Depending on the class format, you'll move through two sets of key postures and a single set of others, or experience two sets of all 26 at an invigorating pace. The heated environment allows you to work deeper into your muscles, enhancing flexibility, cardiovascular endurance, and muscular strength. Prepare to cultivate focus, determination, and a profound sense of well-being as you move through this dynamic and healing practice.
Hot 75 with Music
(101-104°) (Level 2/3: Experienced practitioners only.)

Get moving with this teacher-led yoga class set to an eclectic mix of music. This 75 minute class features the traditional Hot 26 asanas. Experience the healing vibrations of music as the instructor practices with you and only offers cues of “begin” and “change” for each posture in a quiet, low-light setting where deep meditation can be enjoyed. In this class you’ll understand the phrase “YOU are your own best teacher.” Level 2/3: Experienced practitioners only. This class is not appropriate for first time students as asana instruction is not provided.)

Bliss Flow

Breathe.... Move.... and Sweat your way through this soulful vinyasa class! With sweet tunes and less verbal cues, you can dance your way from one pose to the next and top it off with 30 minutes of deep stretch. Be prepared for some mind-massagin’, body-stretchin’ peace-providin’ BLISS.

Step into a practice that bridges the depth of Hatha Raja Yoga with the dynamic rhythm of Ashtanga Vinyasa, creating a class that is both meditative and powerful, structured yet deeply intuitive. Rooted in the classical teachings of Hatha Yoga, this practice balances strength and surrender, integrating breath, movement, and stillness to prepare the body and mind for deeper states of awareness. The influence of Raja Yoga, the “Royal Path,” brings a focus on concentration (Dharana), meditation (Dhyana), and self-mastery, guiding you beyond the physical into a state of inner stillness and clarity. Gentle

Rooted in the wisdom of Hatha Yoga, Gentle Yoga is a practice of mindful movement, conscious breath, and deep connection. Deep Stretch
(75-80°) (All levels)

Deep Stretch is different from most traditional classes in that we don't explore any standing postures. Remaining close to the floor allows you to penetrate deep beneath the surface of your body. Long, slow, deep stretching allows you to unlock and release enormous amounts of tension. This class focuses on relaxing into the realm of your hips and shoulders and is often supported by the use of blocks and straps. Sweet Bliss!
Restorative
(75-80°) (All levels)

On the yoga-class spectrum, restorative yoga is at the opposite end from hot or flow classes. The concept behind restorative yoga is muscular release, as opposed to muscular stretch. The class is designed to allow the body to relax and nourish itself by holding a series of gentle poses for extended periods of time. Props are utilized so that the practitioner can fully surrender. These soothing postures offer an opportunity to linger quietly and savor the simple sweetness of life while inducing stress-reduction, increased circulation and calmness of mind.
Core + Stability
