Studio Etiquette

We’re grateful to share this space with you. This studio is a shared space for movement, breath, and connection — a place to arrive as you are and practice together with intention. Each class is a collective journey, shaped by the energy, awareness, and respect we bring into the room. To help create an environment where everyone feels supported, present, and at ease, we ask that you honor the following studio practices. These simple guidelines help us hold the space with care so all can move, breathe, and grow together.

We are One

We start and finish class together. Please arrive 10 minutes early and stay through final savasana.

Talk & Text

Turn off your phone & tune-in to your practice. Cell phones are not permitted in the practice rooms.

Cross Talk

Talking during class is a major distraction to others as well as the instructor. Less talk, more focus.

Good Hygiene

We enjoy practicing close together because it creates an amazing energy in the room. Please use clean gear and refrain from using strong fragrances.

The Tribe

There is a direct correlation between your energy and your neighbor’s practice. If you must “do yo OM thing” please do so in the back row.

Easy Yogi

It is essential that you listen to your body and pace yourself. If you need to rest, please do, then re-join the practice when you’re ready. We ask that you stay in the room. If you are sick, practice bed yoga.

Keep it Kind

We all practice yoga for different reasons. Respect others by following our etiquette guidelines and share the love.
