First Visit

  • New Students should arrive at least 20 minutes before class. 
  • Check in at the front desk. * All first time students are required to sign waiver.
  • Please turn cell phones off when you arrive. Please don't bring them into the practice room.
  • Classes are  60, 75, or 90 minutes in length.  
  • Come well hydrated. *Please drink plenty of water before, during and after any of our Yoga classes.
  • Come on an empty stomach. *We recommend you do not eat 2 hours prior to class, however do what is right for you!
  • Come with an open mind.
  • Wear light and comfortable workout clothing.
  • Refrain from wearing heavy perfumes and lotions.
  • Please inform your instructor of any injuries, pain, pregnancy, or medical condition.
  • Bring a mat, towel, and water bottle to practice yoga. *If you do not have these items they are available for rent or purchase at the studio.
  • Take a breath and enjoy your class!
