- New Students should arrive at least 20 minutes before class.
- Check in at the front desk. * All first time students are required to sign waiver.
- Please turn cell phones off when you arrive. Please don't bring them into the practice room.
- Classes are 60, 75, or 90 minutes in length.
- Come well hydrated. *Please drink plenty of water before, during and after any of our Yoga classes.
- Come on an empty stomach. *We recommend you do not eat 2 hours prior to class, however do what is right for you!
- Come with an open mind.
- Wear light and comfortable workout clothing.
- Refrain from wearing heavy perfumes and lotions.
- Please inform your instructor of any injuries, pain, pregnancy, or medical condition.
- Bring a mat, towel, and water bottle to practice yoga. *If you do not have these items they are available for rent or purchase at the studio.
- Take a breath and enjoy your class!
